Refund policy

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If any item is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please note we will request photos of any damaged item and we are here to make it right. All sales are final after 7 days.

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns on used candles, hand soap, wax melts, bar soap, and reed diffuser. We stand behind all our products.
